Overview

Online training only works if the course runs smoothly and the results show up where they should. We build e-learning that does both, and we handle the learning management system (LMS) side too, so you’re not stuck between a course builder and a platform that won’t talk to each other.

What you get

• SCORM course builds. Interactive modules packaged to the SCORM standard (1.2 or 2004) and tested in your LMS, so completions and scores record properly.
• Training conversion. Existing PDFs, slide decks, manuals, and videos reworked into online modules with quizzes and progress tracking.
• LMS setup and admin. Choosing and configuring a learning platform, loading courses, and organising users, enrolments, and reporting.
• Fixes and migrations. Tracking problems sorted, older packages updated, and courses moved between platforms, with learner records carried across where the platforms allow.

How it works

Each project starts with what learners need to be able to do afterwards, then we work out the right format and length. Work is quoted up front, with a review round before anything goes live to your learners.

In practice

We built the interactive lessons and the learning platform for a national not-for-profit’s financial education program: 34 lessons across 16 courses, delivered to learners in 40 partner organisations. Read the case study.
